Digital collaboration with Twence

Twence uses SAP Ariba, a cloud-based platform for procurement and supplier management that helps organisations digitalise and optimise their processes. For Twence, this means greater control over spending, improved collaboration with suppliers, and ultimately a more efficient handling of contracts and invoices. Suppliers benefit from faster communication, transparent processes, and more efficient collaboration. By using the SAP Business Network, we strengthen the connection between Twence and its suppliers, taking joint steps towards a future where digitalisation and sustainability are at the forefront.

Doing business digitally with Twence: What can you expect?
Our aim is to work in the most efficient way possible when doing business with you as a supplier. This involves a fully digital process, from purchase orders to invoicing and payments. To facilitate these processes as effectively as possible, Twence has chosen to digitise them using the SAP Business Network solution. Purchase orders are sent to you via the SAP Business Network. This digitalisation speeds up the processing of our purchase orders, lowers costs, and reduces the impact on the environment.

Using SAP Ariba to send purchase orders already enables a more streamlined invoicing process, with faster processing and fewer errors. In the future, Twence plans to handle the entire invoicing process through SAP Ariba. Our goal is to fully implement this by 2027, making invoice processing even faster, more accurate, and more efficient.
